Marchwood Apartments has been home for me for the last 5 years. I have enjoyed living here. It is very close to my work. It has nice locality, quiet environment, friendly neighbors, nice amenities with gym and swimming pool. The Management team led by Caillie is awesome, and very friendly. The Maintenance Team is also great. They are very efficient, and respond to any issues promptly! Definitely recommend it to everyone looking for an apartment!
Living in Marchwood has been a very good experience. Has a calm and serene environment with friendly neighbors. Not a violent/ crime area, it’s very peaceful and safe. Possesses social amenities like gym, playground, dog park etc. Though most people mind their business which has its pros and cons both overall it’s been a pleasant experience. It’s ideal for families with growing kids too so I recommend if you can afford.
Ive just moved in within the last 3 months and all the maintenance staff that I've had the pleasure of interacting with have been so amazing! Jimmy and Blair are the two maintenance people who have helped me the most and they are so kind, respectful and helpful when I have to call. They arrived so quickly and did the work in a blink of an eye I really appreciate the amazing work they do!!
Leasing office staff is very helpful and friendly. I transitioned from a 2-bedroom to a 1-bedroom and they made it so easy for me. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Very happy in my new place :)
I have been living here for just over 2 years. Have enjoyed living here I love the view at my sliding glass doors. The management team led by Kaylee are excellent to work with. The maintenance staff is absolutely great they will help you in every way when you have a problem I have no plans on moving out of here
